The Beginnings

It all began with a Christmas present from my brother Paul and his fiance Susan.

As I pulled the lid off of the festive Christmas box, its lid being tossed about the room as a mere casuality of the Christmasy goodness waiting therein, I saw first the Barnes and Nobles gift card. "Wonderous!" I thought to myself. I love me a good book, and so it shall surely come in handy. I was content. Little did I know, however, that lying deeper was something that would change my life forever. I saw it looking back at me. "101 Things to Do With Ramen." At first I laughed, it was such a nice novelty gift that could have some practical uses. Then, I began to think. The possibilities. I could cook for families, with friends, I could start a restaurant, and all would be amazed by the fact that I made a college staple into a delectable and versatile ingredient for consumers of any age and education. My mind was blown. I made a vow, that day, to make every single dish that was in that book.

My name is Ben. I am the Ramenazi. This is my story. Follow me, but only if you dare.
